Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and Australian Aid

“We have invested significantly in developing our systems and processes to be able to graduate to full Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) accreditation. Meeting the high standards as demanded acts as a benchmark across all our activities and has guided us in a very positive way as we grow and develop the work we do.”

Edward Shuttleworth CEO SeeBeyondBorders Australia

“All of us at SeeBeyondBorders are profoundly appreciative of the unwavering support of DFAT through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program. Not only has this partnership been a driving force in our quest to elevate education in rural Cambodia in line with SDG4, but it has also been instrumental in our evolution towards a more localised, community-driven approach to development.

Sally Miles
Chief Executive (Australia)

‘‘I was very fortunate and privileged to meet with SeeBeyondBorders’ staff and to visit one of their partner schools in Battambang. We are proud and pleased to support SeeBeyondBorders through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program.’’

Phan Sreyphet leads a training session for the Educational Changemakers

At SeeBeyondBorders, we believe that great leaders motivate, inspire and enact change. Based in Battambang province, the Educational Changemaker Graduate Program is a two-year program that enables female Cambodian graduates (we call them Changemakers) to develop a toolkit to be able to make a difference in education within a supportive community that recognises the courage and intrinsic value of women in leadership. We support our Changemakers to learn in various ways, from obtaining a master’s in education to gaining teaching experience  with experienced primary school teachers in Ek Phnom District of Battambang Province.

Strengthening Support

At SeeBeyondBorders, we ensure that our staff are fully equipped with skills and capacities necessary to transform Cambodian education. The Strengthening Support project has enabled us to provide quality professional development, improve our management systems, and offer tailored IT support to our staff. We always encourage our staff to develop and take professional training courses in order to develop themselves and ultimately to improve learning for Cambodian children.
