SeeBeyondBorders is actively seeking involvement from companies and organisations interested in Corporate Social Responsibility.  This could range from corporate funding, workplace giving, pro-bono services to staff volunteering and sending employees on team building trips/incentives to Cambodia.  The experience gained from a trip like this is invaluable. We are seeking companies that have a community spirit, companies that take time to “give back” both financially and physically.

Generous founding benefactors cover SeeBeyondBorders’ operating costs so that virtually all donations and sponsorships go directly to our projects in Cambodia with transparency in reporting how funds are allocated being a core value.  Australian dollars have a very high impact in Cambodia and a little goes a long way. For example:

  • $105 enables one child to attend primary school for a year

  • $1,000 will fund a Khmer teachers’ mentor for 12 months

  • $2,000 will provide funding for a ‘mini school’ for children from small remote communities who are too young to travel long distances to the nearest primary school.

  • $20,000 will sponsor a ‘Teach the Teacher’ program, where groups of Australian teachers go to Cambodia to run workshops to train local Khmer primary teachers, that will impact up to 6,000 children.

  • $30,000 will provide funding to build and furnish a new 3 classroom block for an existing school, which can be used to educate up to 300 children.
