In Australia, SeeBeyondBorders is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee that is the trustee for SeeBeyondBorders Foundation Australia, a Prescribed Public Fund with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status at Level 2.
In the United Kingdom, SeeBeyondBorders UK is a registered charity.
In Cambodia, SeeBeyondBorders is registered as an International Non-Government Organisation (INGO) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

SeeBeyondBorders is a member of the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID), the national peak body of international development non-government organisations, and is a signatory to its Code of Conduct. SeeBeyondBorders is committed to adhering to the Code.
ACFID Code of ConductThe NSW Institute of Teachers has accredited SeeBeyondBorders as an endorsed provider of Institute Registered professional development for New South Wales teachers. This accreditation is for our Teach the Teacher program workshops that are delivered in New South Wales, in preparation for the Cambodia workshops.
